DESCRIPTION:This is the third edition of the Festival\, held in Kotë\, th
 e administrative center of the Municipality of Selenicë. The event bring
 s together around 20 polyphonic groups from the villages of Selenicë\, S
 evaster\, and the Vjosa River area\, promoting the traditional songs and
  dances of the region.\n\nThe festival is organized over three nights\, 
 with the first two nights dedicated to competition\, while the third nig
 ht features the best groups selected by a professional jury. Held in Jul
 y on an open-air stage\, the event is attended by local residents\, emig
 rants returning for holidays\, and foreign visitors. As Lab polyphonic s
 inging is protected by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritag
 e of Humanity\, the festival represents an important cultural and touris
